Google Pay allows customers to pay quickly and securely using cards saved in their Google Account, providing multiple layers of security and enabling fast, convenient transactions.
To start accepting Google Pay payments, follow these steps:
Go to Space > Payment > Configuration > Processors
to set up the processor for Google Pay payments.
Supported processors include Worldline, Concardis, VR Payment, First Data, and BS Payone.
Enable Visa or Mastercard connectors for the selected processor.
Google Pay is enabled by default. To disable it, go to Space > Payment > Configuration > Google Pay.
Google Pay requires Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) under PSD2 regulations. If the payment is authenticated via SCA on the customer’s device, no further authentication is needed. If not, Wallee will initiate 3D Secure (3DS) authentication to meet SCA requirements.
