Essentially, the / card does not exist as an active account with the bank. / Do not retry the transaction with the same card details. / The card and any associated token should be considered permanently invalid. / Advise the customer that their bank does not recognize the card number / provided. Ask them to please double-check the details or use a different / payment method.
